Pennington 7005AA (Eagle Flex) Short Track Blades

The 7005AA, now renamed the Eagle Flex, is an upgraded version of Pennington's 8005 blade. With Pennington's signature double A-shaped cups that increase force dispersion, the blade is meant for skaters looking to improve their training level and blade control. The 7005 AA maintains the familiar feel of the 8005 while enhancing precision in blade-to-ice control. Greater, consistent stiffness throughout the entire length of the tube ensures greater stability and reliability during higher-force pushes.

This blade is a favorite among skaters who are working on increasing their speed and power, with Pennington's recommendation to those who can skate low 9-second lap times and/or weigh over 50kg.
